ABOUT ME

I'm an open and affirming BIPOC , Bilingual (Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in North Carolina - here to guide you through life’s complex and difficult matters. I am an invested provider and guarantee top of the line virtual counseling and consultation services catered to your needs.
 

Since 2010, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with challenging life experiences.  I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) treatment and am also a Certified Complex Trauma Professional and utilize a variety of treatment modalities proven to improve overall functioning.

I am a New Yorker, so I appreciate direct feedback and am intentional about providing a warm space , while being your mirror when necessary. In therapy, we will pull on how your past is affecting your present and help guide you into what you want to keep and make different.
