HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION TAKE?

Therapy sessions typically last 30-60 minutes dependent on your specific needs. It is my priority to meet you where you're at so the time will be reflective of that.

WHAT INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

I am currently in network with the following insurance panels:

Aetna
Cigna
Oscar Health
Oxford
United Healthcare
Private Pay rate $150 for intake session; $100 for 55 min session
If you are uninsured, a slide scale rate is offered. I will provide this upon request.
